This list is configured as a low volume, direct email and message archive for Virginia residents who wish to receive communications from the Virginia Hunting Dog Owners' Association (VHDOA). VHDOA is a statewide volunteer group of sporting, hound and mixed breed hunting dog owners dedicated to advancing and protecting the Old Dominion's hunting traditions. We are nonpartisan and support, after careful analysis, those issues, policies and legislators that most effectively promote hunting dog owners' interests. It is the only Virginia organization fighting this struggle for both sportsmen and animal owners, natural allies. In addition to lobbying General Assembly members, we study election candidates to identify those who understand and resist the Animal Rightists' threats, as well as those who are in their pocket.
